The Freehand or the Rectangular canvas: which should you choose?
Chain One has two canvases for crochet charts. Pick the one that matches how your piece is worked.
Steps
Open your projects in Chain One and press New.
Choose Rectangular chart for a piece worked back and forth in rows from a foundation chain, such as a swatch, a scarf or a blanket.
Choose Freehand chart for a piece worked in the round from a magic ring, or placed by hand, such as a granny square, a flower, a motif or an amigurumi part.
Click the title at the top of the chart to name it, then press Save (or Ctrl+S on Windows, Cmd+S on a Mac) to keep it in your projects.
